Anxiety and stress can be crippling, affecting not only you but also those around you. You can find yourself spiralling out of control if you don't know how to deal with it.  In this 3 week course of 30 minute sessions you will learn how to cope with those panicky moments and how to get and stay in control.  Places are limited to 6 people to ensure my personal attention.
