It can be a difficult time for women over 50 going through or having been through the menopause,
hormones change and it can be an unsettled time when women hit their 50's - both mentally and physically!
Many women hit 50 and decide that it's time for them to do what they want to do which turns their life upside down which can put them in bit of a tizz, not knowing why they are having these feeling and thoughts. What they should do about it and why should they feel guilty for wanting to make changes.
It can be an anxious time and many ladies who have come to me for coaching have been suffering
with anxiety or stress for a long time not really knowing why, or not finding the help that they need for it.
